Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology, talks about the use of Positive Psychology in the today’s business world with all of its social and economic changes.

Robert Biswas-Diener, a world-renowned Positive Psychologist, offers a workshop for Positive Coaching, complemented by other speakers who will talk about leadership, coaching and burnout prevention.

Positive Coaching and Positive Leadership are strength- and practice-oriented approaches that are increasingly being implemented in daily business practice. The symposium in Rosenheim gives you the chance to see important representatives of Positive Psychology for two days. Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology presents his vision for 2051: How will it be possible for 51% of the world population in 2051 to have the chance to flourish in a changing social world and economy?

Christian van Nieuwerburgh from the University of East London talks about positive coaching and leadership. Daniela Blickhan from Inntal Institute presents interventions for treating burnout in a practical manner from a Positive Psychology perspective. Günter Lueger will present his successful counseling and coaching approach “Focusing on positive differences” and Philip Streit will present approaches for flow at work.
