    The Cycles of Change
    in our Lives

    Pam McLean, PhD.

Our lives today are measured mostly by cycles and chapters, not by linear accomplishments. Change is now the primary reality that shapes and disrupts our adult lives, invading our psyches at more levels and dimensions than ever before. Yet there is a definite pattern to our human experience of change - just as in nature there are seasons and cycles of the sun; in life when we know the pattern and where we are in it, we can identify the best choices for guiding ourselves, no matter how much change we are enduring.

The MAPP experience is one of personal transformation, one that often redefines who we are and what we do in the next chapter of our life. While we seen patterns in the journey develop across MAPP classes, we don't fully understand process or even how to articulate it. Pam McLean and her late husband Frederick Hudson have spent their careers studying adult development and life transition. Join us for a fascinating discussion of adult learning and change. Through understanding the change process we are able to actively manage our change and support other MAPPsters who are going through their own transition. Pam has graciously shared a chapter of her book LifeForward that will be emailed to those registered for the webinar.

    Speaker:

Pam McLean, PhD., clinical psychologist and master coach and coach supervisor, she is CEO of The Hudson Institute of Coaching and the author of The Completely Revised Handbook of Coaching and LifeForward: Charting the Journey Ahead.

The rates are not yet determined.  There will be an early bird rate through September 30, and well as guest rates.  Watch this space as they are determined.

The early bird rate for MAPP alumni through September 30 is $149.  Starting October 1, the regular $169 rate applies. For alumni who wish to bring a guest, the registration rates are:

        • Early bird:  $___ (alum) + $___ (guest) = $___

        • MAPP TAs pay the same prices for guest registrations though their own registrations are complimentary.

The MAPP Fete 2017, an event completely organized and separately presented by MAPP Alumni, will take place the day before the MAPP Summit -- Friday October 27.   The call for registration for that event will be coming soon.  Remember that you need to register independently for both events.

We will provide information about block hotel rates for the MAPP Summit and Fete later.
