Bio
Jenny Brennan, MAPP, is an agent of positive change for communities, nonprofit organizations and service-oriented individuals. She currently serves as the Director of Year-Round Programming for the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), where she brings to bear her expertise in program development, strategy, and capacity-building.

Before earning her Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, she spent a decade developing multi-stakeholder public education campaigns for the American Red Cross and various voter engagement and anti-violence advocacy initiatives on Capitol Hill.

Her research looks at the role of self-compassion, hope, and courage in the well-being of entrepreneurs, activists, and nonprofit leaders.
