I am a leader; I always have been.

A leader is a person willing to step into the unknown. And a leadership life is built on the foundation of acceptance that we are consciously and unconsciously creating the results in our life every minute. Once we acknowledge that we are solely responsible for the results in our life, we can move to where we have always wanted to go, and often to where no one has dared to go. We become people willing to step into the unknown, fully present to our life. We become someone who can lead others.

My passion is helping other people grow into their own leadership, providing encouragement, support, and guidance as they navigate this evolution. My work has played out in nearly two decades of coaching and corporate development experience. Through my Leadership Life trainings, I combine my own leadership abilities and facilitation skills to bring individuals and teams into greater relationship, creativity, and ultimately, success.

I am no stranger to the perceived daily challenges that stall teams and delay leaders from accessing their own intuitive decision-making. Responsible for team success myself, I understand the fear that grips leaders, taking them into stagnation and stress. I enjoy working exclusively with clients who are committed to leaving old paradigms behind and who are willing to allow themselves to experience life as a journey for their highest learning.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), certified Hendricks Coach, a founding member of the Conscious Leadership Group, and a longstanding member of the International Coaching Federation, I have studied with top level executive coaches, consciousness experts, and organizational psychologists, and I have just completed my Masters of Applied Cognitive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Specialties: consciousness, leadership, fun.

Facilitator, coach, speaker.
