Bio
As a former professional football player and coach in the biggest sport in Australia, Paddy has a unique perspective on the application of positive psychology in elite teams and the impact they can have on the communities surrounding them. He now works as a Performance & Leadership consultant for teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB and NCAA football, as well as presenting as a speaker at high performance coaching conferences internationally.
In education, Paddy works as an Assistant Instructor in the MAPP program at Penn, and is also part of the Penn Resiliency team, helping facilitate programs with schools in the USA and Australia in 2016. Paddy has also written guest articles for Psychology Today & Sports Illustrated that focus on the link between sport, learning, leadership and well-being psychology.
