Samantha J. Golkin, Esq. is a Partner with Jeffrey Golkin Partners, Vice President of the Board of Directors of The Pink Agenda and an advocate for a positive, vigilant lifestyle for women at-risk for breast cancer. Samantha holds a B.A. and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School, and an LL.M. in Real Estate from New York Law School.
Samantha specializes in real estate and tax related matters. She also counsels religious, charitable and not-for-profit entities relative to property tax exemptions for not-for-profit organizations.
Samantha is a breast cancer survivor, and outside of the law, she is a passionate advocate for young women at-risk for breast cancer and works diligently through her organization The Pink Agenda, an organization geared towards spreading awareness and raising funds for breast cancer research among young professionals. In 2014 Samantha co-founded The Pink Agenda Speaker Series, and speaks of the importance of early detection and prevention throughout the country.
Samantha has been a contributing blogger for the Huffington Post and has appeared on Huffington Post Live, MSNBC and FOX. She is currently writing her first book about the power of community on health and wellness.
