Bio
Hi Fellow PSers! My name is Bailey Reagan, and I'm a philanthropy event and marketing professional, positive psychology trained well-being coach, and community connector. I've spent my career in academic medicine, higher education, start-ups, and non-profit organizations. I currently work at Beth Israel Lahey Health, Massachusetts's second-largest healthcare system. I lead all print, digital, creative, and video philanthropy programs for 13 hospitals. I also manage our 80-runner Boston Marathon team, Chair the Organizational Values Task Force, and am on our executive DEI Council.
No matter where my work and projects have taken me, my mission has always been to create meaningful moments and experiences that allow customers, clients, colleagues, and donors to feel a deep sense of engagement and belonging.
I hold a Master’s of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor’s in Communications from Ithaca College, a Certificate in Applied Psychology from the Flourishing Center, and an Applied Positive Psychology Coach certification from the Flourishing Center. I am working towards becoming an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and earning my MBA in healthcare administration from Bentley University.
When I'm not wrapped up in discussions about philanthropy or positive psychology, I'm crafting mocktails, dancing to Macklemore, trying bold lipsticks, buying graphic t-shirts, and hanging out in downward-facing dog. I live in Newton, MA with my wonderful husband, Matt, and our sweet daughter, Adelaide. I frequent the Finger Lakes in NY, where I'm originally from.
