Jaclyn (Jackie) Gaffaney is currently a PhD candidate in positive organizational psychology & research methods and evaluation at Claremont Graduate University. She works in systems-level well-being research, evaluation, and application across the education, community, tourism, and business sectors. She utilizes evidence-based behavioral science and positive psychology towards optimal functioning and human flourishing at scale. She is also a professor teaching psychology, research methods, and evaluation. She holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s from the University of Southern California.
