Alaina is a psychotherapist and coach passionate about the intersection of well-being and pathology. Alaina works compassionately with individuals and views her role as a guide, illuminating pathways from struggle toward personal growth and well-being.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and behavioral modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. By fostering a supportive and nonjudgmental space, Alaina empowers individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with curiosity and courage. Uncovering strengths and building self-awareness are key components of working with Alaina. She is particularly passionate about assisting clients through life transitions, relational challenges, and emotional healing.
As a coach, Alaina supports individuals ready to make a shift in their lives. Whether facing early signs of burnout, tackling a professional or personal goal, building their strengths, or looking for my joy in life. Alaina uses the science of well-being to guide individuals in taking steps toward increased flourishing.
Alaina holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied the science of human flourishing and focused on interventions for disrupting depleting well-being. She also earned a dual baccalaureate from UNLV in Political Sciences and Women’s Studies.
