Bio
Victoria is a positive psychology practitioner with a passion for helping people feel more fulfilled in the work they do. She’s spent her career as a senior leader in start-ups where she has led multiple initiatives rebuilding values and cultures and reshaping diversity and inclusion practices. Victoria now works as a partnerships manager at BetterUp, to help organizations take a people-first approach to business transformation and help them unlock the full potential of their employees.
Before entering the professional world, Victoria was a nationally competitive gymnast and lacrosse goalie at the University of Richmond where she finished the 2012 season ranked #1 in NCAA for total saves and average saves per game. In her free time, you can find her writing her first book, running, hiking, doing yoga and/or other activities that help build a stronger mind/body connection.
