PASSION
In 2021, Bernadette discovered Seligman's Well-Being Theory and later the Science of Happiness. The field of Positive Psychology immediately captivated her, evolving into a profound passion. Since then, she has built a portfolio of science-based interventions designed to help employees — and organizations — flourish.
CAREER
Bernadette’s career has been dedicated to enhancing the human experience at work.
At Design Offices, a leading German co-working provider, she played a key role in the company’s growth during its financing rounds in 2017 and 2018. At Steelcase, the global leader in office furniture, she managed a €10M+ annual revenue portfolio as a Global Account Manager, building strong, long-term client relationships. In 2022, she joined the Special Projects Team, successfully guiding a dozen hidden champions through their workplace transformation.
In early 2025, Bernadette took on a new challenge by joining Westwing’s Business Development Team People, where she inspires, drives, and follows through on decisions that elevate the employee experience to the next level.
