My Story

The Change I Want to See in the World
My passion is enhancing the wellbeing of people and animals and integrating the science of wellbeing and positive psychology into veterinary education. I dream of a world where people, animals, and the planet are flourishing together in One Health.
Fun Facts About Me
My favorite role in my life is "Mom"- I am so fortunate to be a mother to my three young children: Troy, Iris, and Arlo. They illuminate the future of flourishing for me, every day.

My core values are integrity, courage, compassion, curiosity, and gratitude, and my signature character strengths are zest, honesty, love of learning, perseverance, and leadership.
