Bio
Sulynn works creatively with CEOs to develop positive leadership and build creative productive workplaces. She deftly combines the science of positive psychology with three decades of corporate and international consulting experience to provide positive change consulting and executive coaching services. She excels in introducing PP in a widening variety of contexts to promote awareness and practical application of positive psychology for everyday flourishing. Her latest ventures include running Specialist PP Learning Labs to teach domain-specific groups of professionals psychological concepts and theories that underpin what they do and how they might do better with application of evidence-based research findings.

Sulynn founded the Asian Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (ACAPP) in 2007. She actively and enthusiastically speaks, teaches, writes, and shares broadly on the whys and hows of living a good life intentionally with meaning and purpose, as well as specifically and expertly on positive leadership, communication, and relationship, as well as personal health and well-being.

Sulynn received the IPPA Fellow Award in 2020, and is still working to earn that honour.
