Bio
I am an educator, coach, storyteller, husband, and father who has spent much of his life studying, observing, and facilitating programs about what motivates people to do what they do. I’m a big fan of the underdog, the marginalized, the gritty person who strives to achieve, and people who are honest with themselves and take the risk to be vulnerable in times of uncertainty to grow and serve others.
I am the Chief Education Officer at Yeager Leadership. I focus on organizational behavior in community leadership, education, business, and athletic organizations. My most recently authored book is The Coaching Zone: Next Level Leadership in Sports. I am excited about my current book project, The Courage Keepers: Leading Boldly and Inspiring Bravery in Others, which launches in February 2026!
