Derrick is the VP of Product AI for Happify, developing AI-based tech solutions to deliver interventions based on PP, CBT, and mindfulness.

He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Unlikley Collaborators, leveraging storytelling and the value of community to teach and encourage positive-psychology-informed behavior change. And he also worked as a member of the Penn Resilience Project team training the US Army, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and other organizations on resilience and well-being.

Derrick has designed and delivered programs on high-performance teamwork, leadership, and wellness for organizations such as NASA, Morgan Stanley, Wharton Business School, Columbia Business School, Nike, and Google.
