Cheree Ingram is an Information Technology professional with over 25 years’ experience in the health care, including customer service, claims, product development, and information technology. As the Chief Information Officer, Ms. Ingram serves as the liaison for the activities of the Chief Information Officer between the District and AmeriHealth Caritas DC. Ms. Ingram also possesses a well-rounded view of integration opportunities and risks and is committed to the use of information technology to increase member engagement and their access to the abundance of health services available.
Her healthcare management background ranges from operations claims and service, medical management, project management, product management and IT application development with an outstanding success in building high performance teams. Today, she integrates her healthcare work experience, mindfulness meditation practice and a strengths-based methodology from positive psychology to increase the well-being and performance of others to bring sustainable value internally and externally to the organization. In addition to coaching one-on-one, she also leads mindfulness-focused leadership and personal development workshops.
