In 1998, after 15 years in Human Resources at Fortune 500 companies, Lisa founded WorkplaceSolutionsTampa.com, a human resources consulting firm. Since earning her MAPP degree, Lisa's consulting practice has pivoted towards career consulting and leadership coaching. She serves a local and national client base of early career professionals, "Baby Boomers" and second career changers seeking career exploration and advice.
Lisa's career consulting approach has four steps:
1) Discovery: Identifying values, interests, personality and strengths and skills.
2) Exploration: What is possible? Investigating viable career options. Identifying ideal opportunities.
3) Design: Finding your professional voice and defining your personal and professional brands.
4) Do: Creating a job, career or calling strategy that includes interview strategies, networking, relationship building, information interviews, resume design, and LinkedIn profile design and posting.
