My Story

The Change I Want to See in the World
One positive change I'd like to see in the world is to inspire people to move and play more in order to safeguard mental and physical health, and to lead people to a thriving life and world.

Fun Facts About Me
I was honored, along with Dr. Ellen Cole, to be the Invited MAPP Summit Alumni Speaker, 2022, where I presented on "Zesty Aging." I earned my MAPP degree 29! years after my B.A. in Urban/Outdoor Recreation and Psychology. I earned my PhD in Human Movement Psychology from Temple University in my 60s. I just wrote my first book, The Power of Play: Optimize Your Joy Potential, and am thrilled to share.
