I help boards of directors, senior managers, middle managers and HR professionals improve well-being and performance, manage stress and create a sustainable and long-term healthy working life.

As a licensed psychologist and Denmark's first master in positive psychology, I offer advice / coaching, teaching (webinars, lectures, workshops, courses and training courses), consulting services and product development.

My specialty is well-being, energy management, health as a result creator and natural psychology. My approach is eclectic and holistic based on the KRAFT model (Body, Relationships and Communities, Behavior, Emotions and Thoughts). I combine research dissemination, evidence-based and results-oriented coaching, outdoor development and a focus on implementation, so that my clients go to work uplifted and inspired with concrete strategies and tools.

My clients include both public and private organizations as well as individual private clients. Due to my research-based approach, I primarily have experience from industries such as pharma, the healthcare sector, engineering, the financial sector, universities and the state.
