Michael is the founder and director of Youth Mindfulness, a group with this purpose statement:
A social enterprise dedicated to developing and delivering mindfulness-based wellbeing programmes for young people. We believe the practice of mindfulness holds the potential to have a deeply transformative impact on the lives of young people and ultimately lead to more healthy, happy and compassionate society. Our aspiration is to make mindfulness accessible, relevant and deeply beneficial to as many young people as possible.
