Bio
Angelika (Angel) Jones is an executive leadership coach, positive psychology practitioner and resilience expert. Her work centers around helping individuals build resilience in all aspects of their lives.
Angel was drawn to the study and practice of coaching and resilience after serving for years as a forensic interviewer, taking statements from victims of and witnesses to violent crime. In that work she witnessed the impact of repeated exposure to stress and vicarious trauma. She recognized the same challenges in her husband’s military senior leader counterparts, as they struggled to meet the demands of their high-visibility, high-stakes roles.
These realizations led Angel to transition out of the interviewer’s chair and into the coaching space in 2019, after nearly a decade of training resilience in the military community. These days, she helps leaders to create positive organizational impact through fostering individual well-being.
APPROACH + PHILOSOPHY
Angel realizes that change does not happen in a vacuum. Therefore, her coaching takes a whole-person perspective, aimed at helping clients strike the right flow between personal and professional aspects of life, tapping into personal values to create actionable strategies and achieve sustainable change.
Drawing upon her experience, Angel leverages positive psychology and performance psychology to help leaders carve out a better way to live and lead.
