Bio
I am a leadership consultant for nearly 20 years with a strong entrepreneurial drive. Before founding VEO Consulting in the US in 2022, I was the President and co-founder of Ritz (Shanghai) Management Consultancy, specialized in talent management and leadership development. I led the company, growing the team to 40 people before transitioning in 2018.
I went through the certification program of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) from 2020 to 2022 and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), along with an ACC accreditation from ICF. Observing the growing need for resilience in my coaching practice, I am inspired to apply positive psychology to help leaders and emerging leaders enhance leadership resilience.
I was born and raised in China and earned MBA at National University of Singapore. I currently live in the suburbs of Boston with my husband Alex. I love spending my free time swimming, playing tennis, hiking and traveling.
