Strategy and Strategic Plans that SOAR

Dr. Jackie Stavros

SOAR is a positive framework for engaging your organizations in strategic conversations that move strategy formulation to strategic plans and execution. SOAR, stands for Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results, is a profoundly positive approach to strategic thinking, planning, and leading. SOAR invites an organization's stakeholders to construct its future through collaboration, shared understanding, and a commitment to action to achieve positive results. SOAR leverages the Appreciative Inquiry paradigm to shift and amplify the energy and dialogue of stakeholders to what is possible.

Strengths: What are we great at?

Opportunities: What are the possibilities?

Aspirations: What are our dreams and wishes?

Results: What are meaningful outcomes?

Jackie will share what she has learned from the thousands of organizations using SOAR that builds trust and positive connections, creates innovations, fuels productivity, inspires action, and generates positive change. R-based conversations create a positive frame for strategic directions, plans, innovations, leadership, day-to-day operations, and the well-being of an organizations' stakeholders.

This webinar is designed to introduce you to SOAR to help you, your teams, and organization cope and thrive with increasing change. In this session, we will cover the essence of SOAR, how it emerged, and how to use it at multiple levels from coaching, teams, project development, department, and organization wide.
