About Jackie Gaffaney, PhD, MAPP
Jackie is an expert in well-being science, positive psychology, organizational psychology, and evaluation. She serves as a Research & Evaluation Fellow at Claremont Graduate University and the Founder of Gaffaney Applied Research & Evaluation Consulting. Jackie specializes in mixed-methods research to evaluate leadership, employee well-being, and social impact initiatives across organizations, educational institutions, and communities. Her research and evaluation integrates quantitative and qualitative approaches to advance sustainable, culturally responsive practices that enhance individual and collective well-being. Jackie holds a PhD from Claremont Graduate University and a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania (MAPP ‘2017!).
